Before Entering Club Mode
- Confirm the club call or event call you are supposed to use.
- Confirm the station location, station profile, and logbook.
- If you are unsure, ask before logging.
Log In and Enter Club Mode
- Sign in to wavelog.k6ldf.com.
- Open the club station switcher or Club Mode option available to your account.
- Select the correct club station or event station.
- Confirm the visible station/logbook context before entering any contact.
Record Contacts in Club Mode
- Use Live QSO or Post QSO as appropriate.
- Before saving, look in the top bar to the right of the search bar for the club operating call. It will show “Op.” and your callsign under the club call. Confirm the club/event station is shown there, not your personal station only.
- Enter the contacted station’s grid square before saving the QSO when you have it. This helps maps, awards, and later confirmations.
- After saving a QSO, Wavelog keeps most of the previous QSO information in the fields, except the callsign. For the next QSO, change only the fields that are different before saving.
- After saving, open the log entry and confirm it appears in the correct club/event logbook.
Exit Club Mode
- Switch back to your personal station before personal logging.
- Do not leave a shared computer or browser session signed in under a club station.
- If using WaveLog Gate while in Club Mode, use the API key and station guidance in WaveLog Gate Installation.
