POTA Lake Perris US 3457
We will be at the beach for a daytime picnic and POTA.
We will be at our usual space at the beach November 7th starting at 12 noon. Many stations will come early and can set up often that time of year. Park Admission is $10.00 unless you have a pass. Admission is good all day. There’s a lot of space around our space that we have reserved for stations to set up, and it tends to not be real busy there that time of year. And this year, lunch will be on the Lee Forest amateur radio club. That’s right, hamburgers and hotdogs are on us. So come out and share a little ham radio, maybe activate the park, and enjoy lunch on the Lee Forest amateur radio club. Remember park passes are also available at the public library at no cost.
So we hope to see you November 7th for POTA Lake Perris. And free lunch at our private beach space 12 noon.

We will be at the Hemet City Christmas Parade again this year!
December 5th. Parade starts at 5PM. We will be set up at Westin Park near the end of the parade route. That’s December 5th at 5pm. If you can come early to help set up please volunteer during roll call.
Our club meeting this month will be held at the Colonial Country Club.
Unfortunately, the folks over at Memorial location we’ve been having our meetings are not able to facilitate us on an essentially free basis. The rates that they are requesting are over $100 an hour. So for that reason, we’re gonna be back at the Colonial Country Club library at the November 18th meeting, which is of course very important because we’re going to have our yearly club election. So everybody make a note, it’s important that we have 51% active members come to our meeting or submit it in a sealed envelope to any club member. Thank you Tina and the folks over at Memorial Services Location where we’ve been now for probably a couple years. It’s been a great place for our meetings. Please note, going forward all club meetings will be at the Colonial Country Club library until we make other arrangements.
Our club Board Meeting location has not changed and will be at J&M this month.
